New modules:
• motorShow: Optical display Motor start. In addition, the automatic shutdown can be disabled
• Inching: Formerly a separate mod now as a dC module
• FreeSteering: On many occasions, the automatic feedback can be switched off
• variGear: Improvement of the stepless transmission for small driving speeds

The driveControl-Mod now also extends the LS17 modular with many small functions such as a turn-key configuration and extended functions for the CruiseControl. The Mod consists of modules, which can be switched on and off individually.

The fact that Giants nevertheless one or other function in the LS17 directly took over could I clean up the whole something.

    The acceleration gets really slow in the beginning when starting to drive from a complete stop

        Yeah. I noticed the same thing. Did any of you find a way to fix this? Or do I need to go back to an earlier version?

      I figured it out. It’s the new variGear module. Disable it in driveControl_config.xml (located in “Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2017). It is at the beginning of the file

    Is there any place that describes how to fix the “SoftGas” or “VariGear” bug that causes your vehicle to start out VERY slow? I changed the xml for VariGear to false and it made no difference. Any help would be appreciated or I will have to dump this mod. To much of a pain to start and stop.

    I can’t figure out how to map/use inching pedal. This was really good in FS15. Now it seems to be missing :'(
